Recycling process

ACCEPTANCE
Textile waste is collected manually from the containers intended for the purpose and transported to the recycling plants by means of specialized transport.
SORTING
Collected textile waste is sorted into reusable and non-reusable fractions. The reusable fraction is checked manually, piece by piece, by a sorting expert.
CLEANING
Sorted textile waste is disinfected, and non-textile elements such as buttons and zippers are removed from non-reusable textile waste using special knife tables. Reusable textile waste is additionally washed in special washing machines for industrial use.
PACKAGING
Textile waste is baled. Baling is very important because it protects clothes from pests that can spread easily, keeps clothes organized and makes them easier to handle and transport.
TRANSPORTATION
Recycled and baled textile waste is handed over to other companies for proper recovery.
Waste reprocessing companies are selected based on the environmentally friendly methods they use. Waste is handed over only to licensed companies which guarantees the effective recovery of recycled textiles.
